Avocado Shrimp Dim Sum — worth $1000?

Been off the grid (no pun intended) for a few days due to a nasty cold and general laziness.  Latest update:  Submitted my formal entry for the Avocado Recipe competition sponsored by the Mexican Avocado Commission, pictured below (avocado, water chestnuts, and shrimp wrapped in nori and then deep fried in panko crumbs).  First prize wins $1000, second/third $500 each.  Competition parameters stated that the recipe had to be for a “breakfast or brunch” item, so this may or may not qualify, but I do see it as a dim sum item (and characterized it as such in my entry) so will simply argue Title VII if they ding me on that basis 🙂
